My story, my song
I’m from opposite sides of the atlantic. Born in The Netherlands where there’s a complex divorce of seasons and raised in Lagos, Nigeria where it’s summer all year round. Early on, I found myself reaching for paint and paper, using drawings and words to express what I couldn’t always say. That was my first step into art direction, with my family and community as my very first clients. They actually loved my art work and letters, and some even found a place for them on their walls.
After three attempts at a bachelor’s degree (and finally earning a BA in Film), 6 plates of jollof rice with plantain, x relationships, a few failed extra acting gigs, and living in four different countries, I now live in Billund, Denmark, where I work at the LEGO Group.
I’m passionate about the world of social with the hopes of using visual research and culture to unlock new areas in my work. While great briefs make my heart smile and the right insights feel like small treats to my brain. I love painting worlds in google slides, shapping treatments, briefs with fun and impactful strategies for brands like JBL, All birds, Just eats, Dyson and many more. Sometimes I get lost in visual research and It might take a bit to return to civilation, but I consider that as a personal work in progress.
Navigating this world as a young Black woman has deepened my sense of self, revealing both the privileges I hold and the gratitude I feel for carving out my own space. It’s an even greater joy when I can channel my creativity to uplift and empower marginalized communities. That, more than anything, fuels my passion.

In my spare time, I love to take candids on 35mm—catching people when they’re not looking. You can also find me wandering through museums, happily getting lost in photography and peoples stories. So yeah, a lot has happened, but I’m still here, people-watching and daydreaming.
